Definitely do not recommend at all, I spent over 1000$ on a pair of glasses, I brought them home and started wearing them and they don’t fit properly. They will not let you return or exchange and it’s only been a week since I picked them up. Go anywhere else.

I'm so glad that I found this clinic. It's a beautiful & well maintained place that is on a convenient location. It's a plus that it is on my way going home from work & vice versa. This is my go to clinic now. The filipina regular staff was very helpful. She had the patience to assist me & my daughter to choose the right design & right size of eyeglasses for us. She even adjusted my other sunglasses for me. Great selections of eyeglasses, even for kids! The doctor who did my daughter's eye check up was very helpful & knowledgeable, he explained his findings thoroughly. It seems they have nice updated equipment/technology for eye check up too that is very important.

Very upset with how my friend was treated here and when trying to fix the problem she was told she should have done her research. What kind of manager says that? Someone with no idea what to expect wasn't explained anything, overcharged for glasses that she can't afford and only heard the price when payment was due. Under the Alberta Consumer Rights, we have the right NOT to be grossly overcharged, and here my friend is crying that her bill came up to be the equivalent of 1 month's rent. It doesn't matter that "nobody made her pay", the problem is the sales associate did not talk about budget or anything, started fitting the glasses, and tells her the bill is over $1000 and it is extremely embarrassing to go through that and tell them you can't afford it. When calling the next morning about a refund, it was early enough that the glasses wouldn't have been ready (it takes 5 days), and they still refused. Instead, both the sales associate and manager justified the reason for cost was the quality of the frames, as if her initial problem of not being informed and feeling pressured before the sale, was irrelevant. Completely unacceptable and I have never written a bad review before, I didn't know this would actually be the end result. Most places actually care about their clients and are compassionate. They just want your money here. I hate reviews that bash businesses for ripping people off, but in this case, it is warranted.
